Do you offer postage?

Yes, I use Sendle to post orders domestically and internationally. Sendle offer 100% carbon neutral delivery.

I also welcome customers to collect their pieces directly from my studio in the suburb of Hamlyn Heights, Victoria.

Are there any specific care instructions for your ceramics?

While i do recommend hand-washing your ceramics when possible, all items, unless otherwise specified are dishwasher safe.

When using your ceramic items in an oven, microwave or dishwasher, be mindful of any sudden changes in temperature as this can create a thermal shock that has the potential, however unlikely, to damage ceramic material.

Are they food safe?

Yes. Unless otherwise specified, all of my functional ceramics are food safe.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. If a piece has been damaged during postage please contact me as soon as you receive it.
